Based on the
level of experience, technical analysts will be working closely
with the business users to:
Resolve day-to-day
data issues
Perform root cause analysis of Electronic Business Transaction (EBT)
rejects from local distribution companies.
Compile business requirements and prioritize these for ongoing development.
Create technical requirements documentation
Also, depending on experience, technical analysts will work closely
with the Manager and the outsourced development company to create
project design documentation as well as an overall architecture
strategy.
Knowledge,
Skills & Education
- (Strong) SQL and Pl/SQL skills
- Computer
Science degree or equivalent
- Visual Basic

- Oracle 9i
- COM+
- Good communication skills, both written and oral are essential
