Complete understanding
of PeopleSoft software, with an in-depth knowledge of multiple modules.
Able to lead in technical understanding of the program inner workings.
Manage the business
implementation team. Develop this team into knowledge service to
the organization. Services will include business analysis, system
configurations, training and solution design.
Knowledge,
Skills & Education
- Skilled in
feasibility considerations - Business requirements, costing, scoping
and sourcing.
- Able to manage
implementations through established Project discipline and life
cycles.
- High level
of understanding in selected business practices e.g. Finance,
HR, etc. Experience in Distribution and Manufacturing environment
are advantageous. Candidates should have working understanding
of Process flow and analysis.
- Leadership
experience in team building.
Salary will commensurate with experience.
