The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of SAP R/3 - HR implementation
and configuration experience (version 4.0 and above) a minimum of
two end-to-end implementations
in depth configuration knowledge of both US and Canadian Payroll
Rules and schemas as well as Payroll Taxes.
You will be required to have hands on knowledge of one or more of
the additional SAP HR sub-modules: Time Management, Personnel Administration,
ESS (Employee Self Services) and Benefits
You must possess a thorough understanding of the business processes
surrounding Human Resources Management, Payroll and/or Benefits.
Knowledge,
Skills & Education
- Post-implementation support experience an asset
bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
strong communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and multiple team members
with confidence
- Ability to develop project estimates and work plans.
