Provide management, technical leadership, coaching and development
to a team of approx. 25 employees.
· Manage multiple projects high in complexity and strategic
importance, with responsibility for project budgets.
· Proactivly investigate systems within a line of business,
involving discussions with business units and vendors on systems
solutions and maintaining high overall service levels.
· Maintain efficient and effective software development and
vendor management practices.
Knowledge,
Skills & Education
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
technical field.
- Over 10 years experience developing and implementing system
solutions with all phases of the development life cycle - utlilizing
structured software development methodologies.
- Ability to articulate and apply technical solutions including
multiple technical platforms with a business domain.
- Significant experience and ability in the coaching and Development
of groups of technical staff.
- Well developed client management and general communication skills.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry.
