It all starts with you. We come to see you. In fact, we won't work with you unless we meet first. We take the time to understand your work environment - both the defined job description and the "soft" issues of tone and manner. We maintain an extensive internal database of prescreened technology professionals in the Greater Toronto Area so we can respond to your needs quickly.

We utilize a number of technologies to assist in matching skills required by our clients to those candidates with similar skill sets. Wherever possible, we will additionally match industry, application and personality requirements to our client's requests.

In order to identify the best-qualified candidates for a particular requirement, we will initially source through our in-house database, expanded proprietary databases, our referral network, direct recruiting, and advertising if necessary.

Internal Database. External Sources.

Our ability to identify and locate qualified candidates for our client's organization, is supported by our custom developed, LAN based Human Resource Information System (RI). The query capacity of RI allows us to enter the necessary skills, hourly rate expectations and other relevant information for each position available. RI will take these variables and, through a database search, identify all candidates meeting the criteria defined. This tool allows us to greatly reduce the lead-time of a search, which translates into improved response time.

Should the initial search of our database not immediately identify any suitable candidates, we will initiate our research process. This identifies potential candidates through our referral network. Upon isolating a potential candidate Search Associates will interview and reference the candidate thoroughly before submitting the resume for a particular position.

Review of Results.

Once an assignment starts, we review progress with both the candidate and the employer at regular intervals during the first three months of employment. This provides the opportunity to discuss the adaptation and integration of the newly hired individual within the organization.
