Interviewing
Methodology:
Search Associates uses behavioral interviewing as our standard interview
process. Behavioral interviewing teaches us that the best predictor
of future success is past performance.
Through the interview, we develop a profile that highlights interpersonal
skills, career aspirations and areas of technical and business expertise.
Referencing:
It is our policy to, wherever possible; conduct reference checks
on all candidates that we represent. These references will verify
information gathered during our interview process, and will cover
technical, as well as business and interpersonal skills.
In some cases, conducting reference checks may jeopardize the individual's
current employment status. In these situations, we would ask the
candidate to provide a copy of recent performance evaluations conducted
by their current employer. We will also inform the candidate that
any offer of employment is subject to reference checks.
Submission
Approvals:
All candidates
represented by us are contacted prior to submission to receive their
approval to be presented to our Client. Search Associates outlines
the specific details of the particular assignment and the candidate
is made aware of the duties and responsibilities required by the
client. The candidate is screened for the suitability of the skills
required, pay rates are negotiated and availability date confirmed.
Enough
specific client and assignment information is provided to ensure
there are no conflicts should any other supplier be representing
the candidate. However, clients are encouraged to inform Search
Associates immediately of any potential conflicts with candidates
who have been submitted.
